Pre order items and special order pieces will be shipped when the piece has arrived and when your special order piece is finalised. 

International duties and taxes for shipping outside of Australia are not covered by Goddess Energy.

RETURNS : Please kindly note that we do not currently provide refunds, we do however understand that not every piece will be right for you upon receiving and we do offer exchanges or credit notes which are valid for 6 months. Please contact infogoddessenergy.com and reference your order number within 7 days of receiving your item(s) and let us know what you would like an exchange/receive a credit note on. 

Please note that shipping is not included in credit note amounts and free shipping does not apply when exchanging items.

When posting the item back to us for exchange, please include a prepaid post satchel that has been addressed to yourself and your best address.

REPLACE OR REPAIR RETURNS POLICY :

We always want our customers to be cared for. We do our best to accomodate all issues however exchanges / returns / refunds / faulty's / repairs will be at Goddess Energy by Jeorgia sole discretion.

Faded gold jewellery is not considered a fault in the product and can take place over a short or lengthy period of time for multiple different factors.  Our jewellery will never change green, rust or tarnish.

Our repair service does not extend to jewellery that has been damaged due to wear and tear, misuse and jewellery that has not been cared for (eg; chipped, snapped, bent out of shape, continuously worn)

At the time of your purchase your order will have an estimated delivery time but please note that these times are subject to change. We are doing our best along with our suppliers and delivery partners to get our products out to you as quickly as possible however the dispatch times for pre orders can not always be guaranteed.

Reiki & emotional code practitioners do not diagnose conditions nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatment. Reiki & emotional code is an alternative healing method that can be used in conjunction with licensed medical treatment and care. It is recommended that you see a licensed physician or licensed health care professional for any physical or psycological ailment that you may be experiencing.I acknowledge that imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple sessions in order to facilitate the level of relaxation needed by the body to heal itself. 

Your session and information from your sessions are 100% confidential you will always be treated with the utmost respect.

Information that comes thru during your session is for your guidance only therefore I am not liable for the information/guidance that is given. 

Cancelations policy

Payment for sessions must be paid upon booking. If for any reason you are unable to attend your appointment a minimum of 24hrs notice to infogoddessenergy@gmail.com is required to reschedule your session to a later date. No refunds are given for appointment cancellations.

I, as the client agree to have read this document and I understand the extent of what is involved with my session and I herby voluntarily consent to receiving Reiki and Trapped emotions therapies. I understand that Jeorgia Urquhart is not a licensed physician and therefore cannot diagnose or prescribe drugs. I understand that Reiki and the use of the modalities used in sessions is not a substitute for any serious or life-threatening disease conditions, for either myself or someone under my guardianship. I am aware I have not received any guarantee of outcomes or success that I will receive from the therapy modalities used in my session by Jeorgia Urquhart
